I struggle to do this book daily because Vanzannt have a hard time trying to do something in the morning and at night. I think you do what you have to do when you have to do it. I read this when I had just graduated college and was looking for something deeper. A lot of women know about this book, especially in the African American community.
I’d advise readers to take this slow, and work on uup that feel relevent at the time.
